By accessing or using Feedspot.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To use the platform you must complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Trading and Fees

All trades execute at live market rates. A trading fee of 0.15% applies to all buy and sell transactions. Card purchases incur a 1.5% network processing fee. Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction.

5. Withdrawals to Bank

Bank withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on your bank and payment method. Feedspot.io does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may charge receiving fees.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly in a short period of time. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance does not indicate future results.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities
  • Attempting to manipulate market prices
  • Using the platform for transactions in prohibited jurisdictions
  • Providing false identity information

8. Limitation of Liability

Feedspot.io is not liable for any losses arising from market movements, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
